At Limpido Trade we make sure your products reach you quickly and safely anywhere in Egypt. This policy sets out all the details of shipping and delivery.
Delivery areas
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. Delivery time varies by governorate and area:
Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia): 1 to 3 business days
All other governorates: 3 to 7 business days
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your area and the weight of the shipment, and is shown clearly before you confirm payment. Shipping is free on orders over EGP 2,000.
Order processing time
Orders are prepared within 24 business hours of order confirmation (excluding Fridays and public holidays), then handed over to the shipping company.
Tracking your shipment
Once your order ships, you'll receive an SMS or email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status step by step.
Cash on delivery
We offer cash on delivery (COD) in most governorates, alongside online payment by credit card.
Shipping delays
In rare cases, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (such as weather or the shipping company). If that happens, we will notify you immediately of any expected delay.
